Balsamic Caprese Chicken
This fresh dish is a favorite appetizer or main attraction for your meal.
Makes 4 servings.
- 8 CHEF’S CRAFT® Sous Vide Chicken Breast Fillets
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 6 slices fresh mozzarella
- Basil, chopped
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Kosher salt
Open up the packages of the CHEF'S CRAFT® Chicken Breast.
Heat chicken according to package directions.
Meanwhile, combine balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small saucepan and season with Kosher salt.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for about 3-5 minutes, until mixture has thickened slightly.
Brush chicken on both sides with balsamic glaze, and top with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
