Balsamic Caprese Chicken

This fresh dish is a favorite appetizer or main attraction for your meal.

Makes 4 servings.


  • 8 CHEF’S CRAFT® Sous Vide Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 slices fresh mozzarella
  • Basil, chopped
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Kosher salt


  1. Open up the packages of the CHEF'S CRAFT® Chicken Breast.

  2. Heat chicken according to package directions. 

  3. Meanwhile, combine balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, and onion powder in a small saucepan and season with Kosher salt. 

  4. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for about 3-5 minutes, until mixture has thickened slightly.

  5. Brush chicken on both sides with balsamic glaze, and top with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
